BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! David, Dallas, and Charles are the DREAM TEAM of movers. From the moment they showed up they took care of everything, packed, and handled all my belongings beautifully. At the start of my booking David was responsive and professional with all communications and expectations. The team even came through with a moving truck at the last minute because my original plans fell through on moving day. I cannot recommend Word of Mouth Moving enough. I will be booking them for my next move!

Cannot recommend Word of Mouth enough! From the start, it was a great experience. Eric was very informative about what to expect on moving day. He also was able to offer me flexibility when my apartment complex put me in a bit of a bind timewise. David and Travis were my actual movers, and they were so awesome. Very thorough, careful, and diligent. They definitely knew what they were doing and I felt like I didn't have to monitor them at all, which is huge. They also didn't lollygag, which I know can be an issue for some movers. Definitely would recommend using this service, ask for those two specifically if you can!

Nothing but great things to say about Word of Mouth Moving! David and Mark were excellent 7 stars lol I would most definitely recommend them if your in Austin. First experience was flawless and will be doing business with them again if I ever need to move anything!

highly recommend Word of Mouth moving! They moved me yesterday from northwest Austin to South Austin. The whole experience was easy! Booking the move with Eric was very easy. The movers, Corey and Pat, were awesome! They called me prior to arriving and arrived right on time. They loaded very efficiently taking care to wrap everything. They were very polite, funny and friendly and never took a break. They arrived at my new home very timely and unloaded very carefully and efficiently. It was a very cold day for Austin and they never complained at all! I will definitely hire them for my next move. I got several quotes before deciding and they were very reasonable and responded to all my questions very timely. AMAZING COMPANY!

I cannot tell you how happy I was to find Word of Mouth Moving! Mark and Travis arrived on time (actually 10 min early) on the morning of the move. The were careful with my belongings, they wrapped up furniture, and had a great attitude throughout. I was so impressed with Mark and Travis' professionalism and respect for my things. It took two movers only 3 hours to pack, transport, and unpack all of my stuff! I can't recommend Word of Mouth Moving enough. In an industry with so many untrustworthy companies, WoMM clearly stands above the rest.

If I could give 10 stars I would. These guys were amazing. I was moving to Austin from another state (during COVID-19) and I was stressed out. I was texting Eric a lot and he was super responsive and accommodating. I had Travis and Jack unload my U-Haul and they were fantastic! Had me all unloaded in just over an hour. What?! They worked fast and efficiently. I have used so many moving companies in the past and none of them were as great as Word of Mouth, seriously. Eric even helped me return my U-Haul --- that is going above and beyond for your customers. Thank you so much Word of Mouth!
