BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! David, Dallas, and Charles are the DREAM TEAM of movers. From the moment they showed up they took care of everything, packed, and handled all my belongings beautifully. At the start of my booking David was responsive and professional with all communications and expectations. The team even came through with a moving truck at the last minute because my original plans fell through on moving day. I cannot recommend Word of Mouth Moving enough. I will be booking them for my next move!

Cannot recommend Word of Mouth enough! From the start, it was a great experience. Eric was very informative about what to expect on moving day. He also was able to offer me flexibility when my apartment complex put me in a bit of a bind timewise. David and Travis were my actual movers, and they were so awesome. Very thorough, careful, and diligent. They definitely knew what they were doing and I felt like I didn't have to monitor them at all, which is huge. They also didn't lollygag, which I know can be an issue for some movers. Definitely would recommend using this service, ask for those two specifically if you can!

highly recommend Word of Mouth moving! They moved me yesterday from northwest Austin to South Austin. The whole experience was easy! Booking the move with Eric was very easy. The movers, Corey and Pat, were awesome! They called me prior to arriving and arrived right on time. They loaded very efficiently taking care to wrap everything. They were very polite, funny and friendly and never took a break. They arrived at my new home very timely and unloaded very carefully and efficiently. It was a very cold day for Austin and they never complained at all! I will definitely hire them for my next move. I got several quotes before deciding and they were very reasonable and responded to all my questions very timely. AMAZING COMPANY!

I cannot tell you how happy I was to find Word of Mouth Moving! Mark and Travis arrived on time (actually 10 min early) on the morning of the move. The were careful with my belongings, they wrapped up furniture, and had a great attitude throughout. I was so impressed with Mark and Travis' professionalism and respect for my things. It took two movers only 3 hours to pack, transport, and unpack all of my stuff! I can't recommend Word of Mouth Moving enough. In an industry with so many untrustworthy companies, WoMM clearly stands above the rest.

This was my second time using Word of Mouth Moving and both David and Travis were fantastic. Showed up on time, communicative, and personable. Everything was moved with no issues and Travis even went out of his way to fix a broken leg on a TV stand I was moving. Cannot recommend them enough.

Word of Mouth Moving was a lifesaver! Our movers canceled less than 48 hours before our move and we were desperate. Word of Mouth took the job and gave us a fair price. The workers were extremely professional, courteous, and fast. Corey, the owner, explained to us in detail what he was going to do and followed through on every promise. I would highly recommend them for any move - big or small.

Had the pleasure of using Word of Mouth Moving for our move last month. This company is awesome. Corey and Ryan were professional, friendly and the pricing was clear from the get-go (no hidden fees). Honestly, they made moving a breeze. They were respectful of my wife’s wishes and worked with us to place furniture in different spots until we (she) had it exactly the way we (she) wanted it. They did a great job of moving some extremely heavy furniture and wrapped everything so that nothing was damaged. Now that we have unpacked all the boxes everything is intact and nothing is scratched. Very rare from our experience with other movers.
